Kristina joined the Stone Centre in February of 2015. She holds a B. Sc. in biochemistry from the University of Victoria and worked in the Diamond Health Care Centre under the supervision of Olga Arsovska and Dr. Ben Chew of Urologic Sciences. She has previous experience working in a neuroscience lab at the University of Victoria where she worked on direction selective ganglion cells of the mouse retina. At the Stone Centre, Kristina assisted with all clinical research projects, focusing on patient participation, ethics and other regulatory and research related activities. She also volunteers for emerging health leaders in her spare time.
